Founded in 2003 and based in Cascais, we select staff to support major international events, advertising events, meetings, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions and sporting events, in Portugal and abroad.

Welcome desk, secretarial support, guest guidance and room assistance. Hotel check-in and check-out for event guests, guidance on shuttle buses, logistical support and every other role needed to keep a major international event running smoothly.

What happens after you apply?

Your registration adds your profile to the Masterpromo candidate database. Selection depends on the needs of each event and on the profile and availability of candidates.

The details and photos you provide are stored to review your application and sent to geral@masterpromo.pt. By submitting, you confirm the details are yours and correct, and you authorise Masterpromo to use them for this purpose.
